Payment Information
Deposit information
· We require 50% of room nights deposit to hold a reservation
· The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival
· Reservations made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full
Security Deposit
· We require a security deposit to be paid with the balance payment 30 days prior to arrival or if less than 30 days it is to be paid with the full payment. Each of our properties has their own security payment amount.
o Casa de la Playa - $1,000
o Casita del Mar - $55
o The Bridge Cottage - $70
o The Rocks Cay - $200
Electricity
· You have a specific daily allowance allocated for each of our vacation rentals, which is adequate for conservative usage. Use of electricity over your allotment will result in a charge of Lps.8.5 [$.45] per kWh. The overage charge will be taken from your security deposit.
o Casa de la Playa – 10 kWh per day
o Casita del Mar – Included in rental
o The Bridge Cottage – 8 kWh per day
o The Rocks Cay - 10 kWh per day

Cancellation and Refund Policy
By sending your deposit to hold and confirm your requested reservation dates, you acknowledge that you have read the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
30 days prior
Cancellation of your reservation 30 days prior to your expected arrival date allows you to receive your deposit and security deposit funds less $50 administrative/cancellation fee and any fees associated with money transfers. Allow up to two weeks for your refund.
Less than 30 days prior
Should you cancel less than 30 days prior to your expected arrival date and you will forfeit your deposit. Security deposit money will be refunded, allow up to two weeks for your refund.
Early departure
Should you choose to leave earlier than your scheduled departure date there will be no refund from your confirmed vacation rental days.
Rescheduling
If you have some kind of urgent situation or personal crisis and have to reschedule your vacation we will attempt to accommodate you. You deposit will confirm you new reservation date.
Security Deposit
After your departure, your vacation rental will be inspected for lost, damaged, or broken items. It may take up to two weeks to receive your security deposit refund and longer if there is an outstanding issue. Liability Waiver Upon your arrival at your vacation rental, during your orientation,
you will be asked to sign a liability waiver as shown below.
I (we), The Tenant(s) hereby voluntarily accept all risk of personal injury, death, and property damage (including personal property) to myself (ourselves), or anyone on the Premises with our permission, which injury or damage results from our use of the Premises. Furthermore, I (we) agree that I (we) will not make a claim against or sue the Property Owners, Island Life Tours S.A. - its owners or employees, family, or related entities, for any bodily injury, death, or property damage. I (we) understand that this is a release of Owners and Agents from any and all liability with respect to any claims brought by the Tenant(s) or their invitees for any damage or injury.
